How one conversation sparked a framework built on clarity, confidence, and communication. On December 3, 2023 , I was facilitating a group in Arkansas. One conversation from that day has stayed with me ever since. A young producer spoke passionately about his vision for the future — he could see it clearly, down to the smallest detail.
